Comfortable and peaceful location. Went for a short holiday getaway. My son played on the tire swings and enjoyed exploring. Dog friendly too. Staff attentive and friendly. Plan on returning.

The cabin was rustic but comfortable. Kitchen had full stove and fridge and basic dishes and pots. The location was ideal; quiet but close enough to services and a short drive to Anza Borrego. The bar just down the hill was wonderful too; friendly and cozy, with live music and food on the weekend (Josie's Hideout). My cabin had a fun wood stove as well as regular heat. I highly recommend if you're looking for a Backcountry retreat.

Great location, since I volunteer at the California Wolf Center. And, I love to visit the donkeys (Annie Oakley and Willow Jane) who live behind the Antique Store.

This home is spacious and has a wonderful charm to it. We liked having coffee or a little cocktail on the front porch. Playing board games and reading books were great. The rooms were nice and everyone slept comfortably. It’s close to Main Street in Julian which is a four min walk. Convenient.
